ITB Extensions

• Extensions allow you to increase the length of the intake runner, place fuel injectors farther from the head, or effectively create a longer air horn (as shown to the right)
• Can also help with clearance issues (such as moving filters or plenums out)
• Available in 25mm and 50mm length and 40, 45, and 50mm bore sizes
• Taper Boring the Extensions allow for an infinite ram effect to be achieved. Example:  a 40mm DCOE with a 25mm and 50mm length Extension that is Taper Bored from 50mm down to 40mm in ID is Roughly the same as a 3" 50mm Ram Horn on 40mm Webers!
• Includes Stainless Steel bolts for mounting and nitrile rubber gaskets (shown below)

Vacuum Accumulator (aka Air Log):

• Vacuum Accumulator link each ITB to a central air chamber that serves to smooth and build manifold pressure.  This stabilizes pressure pulses to your MAP sensor and Fuel Pressure Regulator reference port (if used)
• Our Accumulators use the same Aluminum extrusion as our fuel rails and end caps to create an integrated look
• Make your own Accumulator with our 8" or 18" DIY kits (including raw extrusion, End Caps, and stainless mounting bolts), or have us make one to your specifications
• Note:  For power breaks, we recommend using a larger port from your intake manifold to build sufficient pressure for strong breaking
